Plan and efficiently manage time and work. Work at the branch location and/or travel to customer locations. Perform planned maintenance, troubleshoot, diagnose and repair batteries and chargers. Confer with customer on problems and issues and review recommended repairs. Perform safety and operational tests. Quote repair costs. Place parts orders and complete necessary repair paperwork. As well as, pick-up and deliver chargers and other equipment associated with customer service work.
