Assists CFO in ongoing compliance with debt covenants.• Directs monthly accounting close process including analytical review of the monthly operating results to ensure accurate accounting records are maintained• Enhances or develops, implements, and enforces policies and procedures of the organization by way of systems that will improve the overall operation and effectiveness of the Company.• Serves as first point of escalation for Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable issues• Serves as a key point of contact for external auditors. Manages preparation and support of all external audit• Provides coverage and assists with key accounting positions including Payroll, Accounts Payable, Billings, and Cash Flow.
