Responsibilities
Manage and nurture an established portfolio of B2B accounts, maintaining regular contact and conducting consultative business reviews.
Prospect and onboard net-new accounts while growing line penetration within existing client businesses.
Analyze client operations to offer tailored product solutions, price management, and margin strategies.
Maintain daily order cut-off discipline, track activities, and forecast growth via our internal CRM platform.
Resolve operational, logistics, and product inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
2+ years of successful B2B outside sales or account management experience.
Background in foodservice distribution, hospitality/restaurant management, or commercial beverage sales highly preferred.
Proven track record in consultative selling, price/margin negotiation, and relationship retention.
Highly self-motivated with exceptional time management and route planning abilities.
Comfortable leveraging modern sales technologies, CRM software, and digital analytics tools.
Valid driver's license in good standing with a reliable vehicle.
Summary
This is a full-time, field-based B2B sales position managing an established commercial account territory based out of the Dryden, ON region. The compensation package includes a base salary between $80,000 – $90,000 (commensurate with experience), up to a 40% monthly performance bonus, a $770 bi-weekly car allowance, and full executive-level benefits.
