RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the execution of the Lead-to-Order (LTO) process from RFP to customer onboarding.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely bid delivery and client integration.
- Ensure quality and accuracy of customer data shared across departments.
- Drive customer onboarding and product qualification processes.
- Escalate issues that may impact customer satisfaction or delivery timelines.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to process optimization.
- Provide training and support on LTO tools and processes.
- Act as a project manager for one-off sales initiatives requiring structured coordination.

REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field preferred.
- Sales, customer service and project management experience are highly desirable.
- Excellent computer skills to include MS365, PowerBI reporting, CRM and SAP.
- Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future.
