- Location: Markham, ON (Full-Time In-Office)
- Salary: $52,000 - $58,000 + Performance Bonus & Comprehensive Benefits
- Fully On site in Markham
Hours of operation are Monday–Friday (8:00 AM – 9:00 PM) and Saturday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM). You will work 5 days a week 7.5-hour shifts (37.5 hours total) on a rotating schedule. Schedule will be decided by the client.

Responsibilities
- Drive strong sales results by quoting, underwriting, and selling Home & Auto insurance policies
- Consistently exceed sales KPIs, conversion targets, and retention metrics
- Apply underwriting judgement to new business, endorsements, and renewals within delegated authority
- Provide technical underwriting support and guidance to junior team members
- Identify and close cross-sell and upsell opportunities to grow the portfolio
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience that builds loyalty and retention
- Stay current on product, pricing, underwriting and regulatory changes
- Track and analyze your own performance to continuously improve outcomes
- Service existing customers by updating their policies to meet their changing needs and provide new products as required
Qualifications
- Demonstrated success in a target-driven sales environment (Insurance, Finance, or high-volume retail).
- Ability to manage multiple technology platforms and learn complex underwriting systems.
- College Diploma or University Degree required.
- An OTL License is highly preferred; however, full training and licensing support will be provided for high-potential candidate
- Exceptional verbal and written skills with the ability to match products to specific customer needs.
