Sales Manager - Western Canada

We are looking for a strong sales candidate who has similar industry experience and can cover Western Canada. The ideal candidate will be based out of Calgary.

Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business with a focus in the maintenance and refurbishment of hydro and steam turbines and generators
- Manage and grow relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to enhance brand presence and market visibility
- Work with internal stake holders including - engineering, project management, proposals, and finance—to align solutions with client needs
- Lead proposal development, pricing discussions, and contract negotiations
- Provide regular sales updates, pipeline forecasts, and contribute to sales process improvements
Qualifications
- Minimum 5-8 years of B2B sales, business development, or account management experience
- Preferred indiustry - hydropower or steam power generation
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Knowledge of hydro and renewable energy markets, working with utilities, EPCs, and industrial energy clients
- Technical aptitude in understanding of turbine-generator systems, maintenance processes, and refurbishment services
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing strategic accounts
