Responsibilities
* Provide strategic leadership and execute initiatives to stimulate organic lead generation, while devising growth strategies for expansion into new geographical markets.
* Lead and manage a sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve individual and team targets
* Develop and manage sales budget including profit and loss, monitoring expenses, and ensuring cost-effectiveness in all sales activities.
* Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and other relevant metrics to the company management team.
* Partner with Service Operations and Installation Teams to maximize lead opportunities for the service technicians and installers.
* Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and responsiveness.
* Analyze sales data and performance metrics to make informed decisions and adjustments to the sales strategy
Qualifications
* Business degree or equivalent working experience
* Demonstrated success as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role, showcasing a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Possess innovative market development skills
* Confidence in leading and guiding a diverse team.
* Must maintain a valid driver's license and clear driver abstract.
* Flexibility and adaptability; high capacity to work in and lead an evolving organization; establishing new processes, etc.
