You can develop your full potential, sustainably, by applying your expertise as the Sales representative for the South Western Ontario territory:
Accountable for:
- Maintaining and increasing revenue from assigned accounts
- Supporting the creation and negotiation of contracts for your accounts
- Tracking account plan objectives in line with established guidelines
- Facilitating integration and ensuring a consistent customer approach across Cascades’ SBUs
- Establishing and developing key relationships at all levels within the account organization (purchasing, category management, pricing, technical, accounting, quality control)
Responsible for:
- Validating quotes and pricing for all regions and markets based on margin ranges
- Educating and training customers on products and solutions
- Managing the creation and negotiation of contracts for regional accounts
- Providing detailed and accurate sales forecasts to the team
- Developing and managing account plans for regional accounts according to specific guidelines (e.g., revenue)
- Maintaining excellent customer relationships and ensuring satisfaction
- Using and updating the CRM system
- Primarily managing clients classified as Category A and B
