Responsibilities
What will YOU be doing:
Provide support for the operational and sales teams.
Work with account managers to create and implement targeted sales strategies.
Act as a liaison between internal departments, accounts, and sales representatives.
Greet customers, answer emails, and maintain showroom walls and samples.
Process orders in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
Provide data and reports to the sales team, such as order tracker sheets and inventory reports.
Set up new customers in the database and ensure all contact information is up to date.
Organize all materials for and take part in local yearly trade shows.
Qualifications
Minimum of one to two years of relevant and related work experience.
Strong communication and organizational skills, with excellent attention to detail.
Proven experience working in a professional office environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and an intermediate-level knowledge of Excel.
Experience with order processing, including generating reports and managing customer data.
