This position is ideal for a data-focused marketing professional who thrives on journey orchestration and enjoys mentoring others. As our client transitions their digital channel marketing, you will act as a subject matter expert, ensuring that personalized, 1-to-1 customer communications are delivered with technical precision.

Responsibilities
Journey Orchestration: Design, optimize, and deploy complex lifecycle journeys in SFMC using Journey Builder, Email Studio, and Automation Studio.
Technical Execution: Build and maintain responsive, modular campaign templates using HTML/CSS and AMPscript for high-level personalization.
Data Management: Manage and segment complex audience data using SQL queries, data extensions, and filters to ensure accurate targeting.
Quality Assurance: Lead technical reviews and QA testing to ensure segmented audiences and dynamic content render perfectly across all devices.
Team Training: Provide guidance and technical troubleshooting support to specialists, helping the broader team level up their Salesforce capabilities.
Strategic Collaboration: Partner with Integrated Marketing teams to translate business requirements into technical campaign workflows.
Qualifications
Education: Post-secondary degree or equivalent professional experience.
Technical Experience: Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and marketing automation.
Campaign Expertise: Proven track record in campaign management, delivery, and segmentation strategy.
Programming Skills: Proficiency in SQL is required; experience with AMPscript and HTML/CSS for email customization is highly preferred.
Industry Knowledge: Previous experience within the banking or financial services sector is considered a strong asset.
Soft Skills: Strong project management abilities and the communication skills necessary to train and influence cross-functional partners.
