...
As a Sandblaster/Painter, you will play a critical role in a heavy industrial manufacturing environment. Your daily work ensures that products not only look professional but are also protected against environmental factors such as corrosion, wear, and extreme temperatures. Based in East Winnipeg, this facility offers a stable and supportive union environment where your technical prowess will be highly valued and recognized.
This role features an excellent day shift schedule, running from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, allowing you to enjoy your afternoons and maintain a healthy work-life balance. Advantages
• Competitive hourly pay ranging from $19.94 to $21.97
• Excellent work-life balance with a set day shift from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM

• Apply industrial coatings using conventional spray equipment safely and efficiently
• Mix paints, solvents, and industrial coatings to required technical specifications
• Inspect completed work using DFT gauges to ensure strict quality standards are met
