In this Sanitation role, you will be a key player in the manufacturing & logistics sector, working a consistent night shift from Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Responsibilities
• Clean and sanitize all food processing areas according to strict safety protocols.
• Disassemble complex equipment and machinery parts to ensure a thorough deep-clean.
• Re-assemble machinery accurately after sanitation to ensure production readiness.
• Use specialized cleaning chemicals and tools safely and effectively.
• Document cleaning logs and report any mechanical issues found during disassembly.
• Adhere to all Health and Safety and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Maintain a tidy workspace within the manufacturing & logistics facility.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure equipment longevity.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in Sanitation or a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated experience in machinery disassembly and re-assembly.
• Ability to work the full duration of the night shift (11 PM - 7 AM).
• Comfort working in a food production environment with varying temperatures.
• Reliable transportation to the facility in Brantford.
• Commitment to workplace safety and following strict GMP guidelines.
