The Sanitation Worker is responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, and organized environment within the warehouse, including all common areas, storage spaces, and processing zones. This role is critical for ensuring a safe working environment, preventing pest infestation, and complying with all company, state, and federal health and safety regulations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and able to perform physically demanding tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks as outlined in the sanitation schedule.
Sweep, mop, and scrub floors, including aisles, loading docks, and high-traffic areas.
Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, offices, and other common areas.
Empty trash and recycling bins throughout the facility and ensure proper waste disposal.
Clean and maintain warehouse equipment,
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous experience in a sanitation, janitorial, or warehouse environment is a plus.
Lives in Hamilton
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
Strong attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness.
Must be able to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment is an asset.
