Responsibilities
The SAP CRM & AO Techno-Functional Analyst serves as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams. This role is dedicated to identifying business needs, optimizing processes, and ensuring SAP CRM and Account Origination configurations support strategic objectives. The focus is on the functional lifecycle—from requirement gathering to user acceptance—ensuring high-quality solutions with both configuration and custom code development.
