Responsibilities
SAP Program Managers (Finance) plan, direct, and govern end-to-end SAP programs and
releases with a focus on Finance (e.g., S/4HANA Finance). The role is accountable for
program outcomes across multiple workstreams (Record-to-Report, Order-to-Cash,
Procure-to-Pay, Budget-to-Report, Treasury, and related integrations), ensuring alignment
to business strategy, regulatory requirements, and SAP best practices. Programs may
include implementation, upgrade, enhancement, and stabilization activities and will vary in
complexity, duration, approach, and technology landscape.
Qualifications
• Minimum of eight (8) years of experience managing Information Technology projects,
including at least three (3) years leading large, multi-workstream ERP/SAP programs.
• Demonstrated expertise in program and project lifecycles, integrated planning, and
estimation (scope, schedule, resources, and cost) for complex enterprise initiatives.
• Experience leading delivery within a large-scale program requiring integration with multiple
projects/workstreams and adherence to an overall program governance model.
• Hands-on experience delivering SAP programs with a Finance focus (e.g., SAP S/4HANA
Finance) including configuration-led delivery with a system integrator.
• Experience delivering Finance process transformation (e.g., Record-to-Report, Procure-toPay, Order-to-Cash) and ensuring alignment to financial controls, auditability, and reporting
requirements.
• Experience planning and managing programs/projects in a Public Sector organization (or
similarly complex, regulated environment).
