Responsibilities
- Triage support tickets, troubleshoot complex issues, and resolve defects identified during the post-go-live period.
- Determine configuration requirements and implement changes in S/4HANA for deferred items, focusing on FICO, Funds Management (FM), and Project Systems (PS).
- Develop detailed functional specifications for new development objects and system enhancements.
- Update and maintain test artifacts (scripts, cases, and data) and execute unit, functional, integration, and regression testing.
- Collaborate with business leads to ensure the SAP solution integrates seamlessly with both SAP and non-SAP external systems.
- Update business process documentation and policies; develop communication materials and training content for end-users.
- Support the implementation of workflow approvals aligned with organizational Delegation of Commitment Authority.
- Analyze end-to-end processes to identify areas for improvement using standard SAP functionality and provide risk mitigation strategies.
Qualifications
- Core Experience: 10+ years of hands-on experience in large-scale SAP project management/functional consulting within government or large corporate sectors.
- S/4HANA Mastery: Expertise in SAP Finance (FI), Controlling (CO), Asset Accounting (AA), Accounts Payable (AP), Project Systems (PS), and Funds Management (FM).
- Implementation Track Record: Proven success in delivering at least two end-to-end SAP implementations, preferably in a public sector environment.
- Project Methodology: Strong understanding of SAP Activate and/or PMBOK; a PMP certification is considered a significant asset.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP Solution Manager (Change Request), MS Excel, and developing functional specifications for development objects.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional critical thinking, strategic planning, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all leadership levels.
- Certifications: SAP Certification in FI-CO is highly desirable.
