Responsibilities
- Issue Resolution: Triage support tickets, perform root-cause analysis on system defects, and provide end-to-end resolution for FICO and TRM modules.
- Module Configuration: Configure software environments with prioritized changes, specifically focusing on FI, CO, FM, and TRM (Banking).
- Technical Design: Validate proposed functionality against best-practice designs; develop functional specifications for new development objects.
- Testing & Quality Assurance: Update and review test scripts and cases; develop and execute plans for regression testing related to post-live enhancements.
- Treasury & Banking: Provide specialized leadership in Treasury and Risk Management (TRM), focusing on banking integrations and cash management.
- Workflow & Documentation: Support the implementation of workflow approvals; update business process documentation and create updated training materials as required.
- Collaborative Leadership: Work with process leads and vendors to inform the design and configuration of integrated software solutions.
Qualifications
- Senior Expertise: 10+ years of hands-on experience in large-scale system management within major private or public sector organizations.
- Specialized Platform Mastery: Expert knowledge of modern financial software modules: Finance (FI), Controlling (CO), Accounts Payable (AP), and Treasury Management (TRM).
- Full Lifecycle Experience: Delivery of at least 2 end-to-end enterprise implementations.
- Certification: Mandatory Professional Certification in FI-CO or TRM.
- Methodology: Strong understanding of standard project management frameworks (e.g., SAP Activate, PMBOK, or Agile).
- Technical Tools: Working knowledge of Change Request Management (ChaRM) or similar tools is an asset.
- Financial Literacy: Deep understanding of accounting principles, system enhancements, and data integrity.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to lead communication between stakeholders, internal technical teams, and external vendors.
