Responsibilities
- Hyper-care & Issue Resolution: Triage support tickets, perform deep-dive troubleshooting, and execute defect resolution for the newly implemented S/4HANA solution.
- Deferred Item Implementation: Lead the prioritization and configuration of deferred items, specifically focusing on FICO, Funds Management (FM), and TRM (Banking).
- Banking & Treasury Specialist: Validate functionality for Electronic Bank Statements (EBS), Payment Programs, and Bank Account Management.
- Functional Specification & Design: Develop detailed functional specifications for development objects and ensure integration with both SAP and non-SAP solutions.
- Testing & Quality Assurance: Update test scripts, define test data requirements, and lead regression testing plans to ensure system stability following changes.
- Workflow Optimization: Support the implementation of automated workflow approvals based on organizational delegations of authority.
- Documentation & Training: Update business process documentation and create new training materials/communications to support end-users through the transition.
- Best Practice Leadership: Advise on standard SAP functionality to drive process improvements and minimize custom enhancements.
Qualifications
- Experience (10+ years): Extensive hands-on experience in large-scale project/program management within complex public or private sector organizations.
- S/4HANA Mastery: Expert knowledge of SAP Finance (FI), Controlling (CO), Accounts Payable (AP), and Treasury Management (TRM).
- Technical Configuration: Deep experience configuring EBS, Payment Programs, and Bank Account Management within an S/4HANA environment.
- Implementation Track Record: Successful delivery of at least two full end-to-end SAP implementations.
- Certifications: Active SAP Certification in FI-CO or TRM. PMP certification is considered a strong asset.
- Methodology Expertise: Proficient in SAP Activate, Waterfall, and Agile project management techniques.
- Change Management Tools: Working knowledge of SAP Solution Manager (Change Request management).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to lead communication between internal teams, leadership, and external vendors.
