Responsibilities
âą Provide SAP expertise to the Record to Report (R2R) team during Build and Deploy phases
âą Analyze R2R processes, identify improvements using standard SAP S/4HANA functionalities
âą Lead configuration of modules including FI, CO, PS, AA, FM, and AP
âą Validate solutions with Business Process Leads and implementation vendor
âą Support system testing, UAT, defect triage, and risk mitigation strategies
âą Provide hypercare support during go-live: troubleshoot, resolve issues, escalate defects
âą Collaborate cross-functionally to manage data integration with SAP and non-SAP systems
âą Document configurations, test results, functional specs, and support materials
âą Assist in change management, training inputs, and knowledge transfer activities
âą Prepare options and decision-support documents for leadership teams
âą Participate in governance, project planning, and communications
âą Identify and document risks, gaps, and dependencies in project execution
Qualifications
âą 10+ years of SAP consulting experience on large public or private sector projects
âą Deep hands-on expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance, Controlling, Project Systems, Asset Accounting, and Funds Management
âą At least 2 full-cycle S/4HANA implementations, ideally with public sector exposure
âą Strong configuration experience in FI/CO modules, with testing and deployment experience
âą Proven track record in hypercare support and solution troubleshooting
âą Familiarity with SAP Solution Manager (Change Request Management)
âą Strong knowledge of test methodologies, process documentation, and training inputs
âą Proficient in MS Excel, reporting, and performance tracking
âą Strong communication skills and ability to interact with cross-functional stakeholders
â Nice to Have:
đ SAP FI-CO Certification
đ Experience with Treasury, ARO, Grants Management, or Advanced Financial Closing
đ ïž Experience with agile and waterfall project methods
đ Exposure to key decision documentation, RACI matrices, and sustainment models
