Responsibilities
• Address a backlog of existing user requests to provide timely report fixes and enhancements.
• Develop and deploy new reports as requested by both operations and project stakeholders.
• Generate ad hoc data extracts to support specific business requirements and decision making.
• Maintain and update reporting documentation to reflect all system changes and new developments.
• Perform thorough unit testing on all new and modified reports to ensure data integrity.
• Support day to day system operations to maintain consistent reporting performance.
• Collaborate with the billing support team to translate business needs into technical report specifications.
Qualifications
• A 4 year Computer Science or Engineering degree or a 2 year Computer Engineering/System Technology diploma.
• At least 3 years of experience working within an Information Technology environment.
• A minimum of 2 years of dedicated experience in report development.
• At least 1 year of specific experience with SAP ISU Reporting.
• Ability to work within the MST timezone to ensure overlap with the Edmonton based team.
