Responsibilities
• Design, configure, and implement new invoice layouts within OpenText based on updated specifications.
• Customize OpenText workflows and exception handling to streamline document processing.
• Establish mapping and validation rules to ensure accurate document output and data flow.
• Optimize the OpenText solution for performance, reliability, and speed.
• Maintain alignment with SAP S4 Hana to support end-to-end document output.
• Utilize existing electronic bill email message frameworks for customer communication.
• Prepare and maintain detailed functional and technical specifications alongside configuration guides.
Qualifications
• Minimum seven years of professional experience in application analysis, design, development, and optimization.
• Minimum four years of hands-on experience as an OpenText Designer or Developer within an SAP S4 Hana environment.
• Proven track record in unit testing in close collaboration with Print Workbench developers.
• Completion of a four-year Computer Science or Engineering degree, or a two-year Computer Engineering diploma.
• Background or techno-functional familiarity with SAP ISU Billing and ISU ABAP is considered a strong plus.
