Responsibilities
- Workflow Solution Design: Develop a comprehensive solution for commitment authority by defining roles, limits, and multi-approver structures.
- SuccessFactors Configuration: Perform hands-on configuration of Employee Central (EC), specifically focusing on position, job, and employee data to support automated workflows.
- Integration Management: Ensure seamless data flow and process alignment between S/4HANA, SAP Ariba, ECC, and SuccessFactors.
- HR Mini Master Utilization: Leverage HR Mini Master data to address and remediate impact from inconsistencies in organizational hierarchy levels.
- Technical Documentation: Develop functional specifications for development objects and update business process documentation to reflect newly implemented policy controls.
- Quality Assurance: Lead the update and execution of test scripts, cases, and data; conduct rigorous regression testing on existing procurement processes to ensure zero disruption.
- Reporting & Compliance: Develop the specialized reports required to meet organizational oversight and auditing requirements.
- Advisory & Best Practices: Provide expert guidance on workflow-enabled procurement processes, aligning proposed functionality with best-in-class financial controls.
Qualifications
- Seniority: 10+ years of hands-on experience in large-scale system management or program management within major private or public sector environments.
- SuccessFactors Expertise: Mandatory SAP Certification in SuccessFactors (Employee Central) with proven expertise in hands-on configuration.
- Workflow Mastery: Proven track record in implementing complex workflows characterized by inconsistent approval levels and high update frequencies.
- HR Data Integration: Demonstrated experience using HR Mini Master to drive workflow and approval routing.
- Platform Knowledge: Deep understanding of the integration points between SAP Ariba, S/4HANA, and SuccessFactors.
- Full Lifecycle Experience: Delivery of at least 2 end-to-end enterprise implementations.
- Methodologies: Strong proficiency in SAP Activate and/or PMBOK (PMP certification is a significant asset).
- Technical Tools: Working knowledge of SAP Solution Manager Change Request Management is an asset.
