Responsibilities
- Migration & Optimization: Lead the migration of legacy reports (Table, Canvas, Dashboards) to People Analytics Story Reports. Conduct fit-gap analyses to consolidate and optimize the reporting scope.
- Requirements & Solution Design: Facilitate workshops to gather business requirements, document findings in a Business Requirements Document (BRD), and develop comprehensive "To-Be" solution designs covering configuration, security, and integration.
- Technical Configuration: Build Story Report prototypes and proofs-of-concept in Development instances. Configure all in-scope reports, execute unit tests, and document results.
- Security & Governance: Implement and manage Role-Based Permissions (RBP) and Cloud Security protocols to ensure data sensitivity and compliance are maintained throughout the migration.
- Project Management: Create sprint plans, lead stakeholder meetings, and present solution summaries to senior management. Manage the cutover plan for transporting configurations through the system landscape.
- Integration & Delivery: Provide technical guidance on integrating and scheduling reports for delivery to both SAP and non-SAP applications.
- Knowledge Transfer: Develop training materials, workbook updates, and job aids to support business teams and ensure solution acceptance.
Qualifications
- Certification: Must hold an active SAP Certified Associate - SAP SuccessFactors People Analytics: Reporting certification.
- Reporting Experience: * 3+ years of experience building and troubleshooting Story Reports.
- 5+ years of experience with legacy tools (Table Reports, Canvas Reports, and Dashboards).
- Technical Depth: * Expert knowledge of SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding).
- Strong proficiency in Role-Based Permissions (RBP) and Cloud Security.
- Business Analysis: Demonstrated experience in facilitating requirements-gathering workshops and translating complex business needs into functional specifications.
- Agile Delivery: Proven skill in creating sprint plans and deploying reports across multiple instances, including Production.
- Soft Skills: Excellent critical thinking, strategic planning, and the ability to influence stakeholders in a multi-disciplinary environment.
