Responsibilities
- Lead the analysis, mapping, and rebuilding of legacy reports into advanced story-based reporting tools.
- Conduct stakeholder workshops to capture business needs and document findings in comprehensive Business Requirements Documents (BRDs).
- Perform fit-gap analyses, propose alternative solutions for complex requirements, and develop end-to-be solution designs, including security roles and data migration strategies.
- Build report prototypes and proofs-of-concept; develop, unit test, and document all in-scope reports within the system environment.
- Provide technical guidance on integrating and scheduling reports across various internal and external applications.
- Manage the triage and resolution of defects during test cycles and lead the cutover plan for transporting configurations through the system landscape.
- Prepare sprint plans and progress summaries for senior management and steering committees.
- Develop job aids and training documentation to increase solution acceptance and guide business teams through functional specifications.
Qualifications
- Must hold an active SAP Certified Associate - SAP SuccessFactors People Analytics: Reporting certification. Additional certification in Employee Central is a strong asset.
- At least 3 years of experience building and fixing defects in Story-based reports AND 5+ years of experience with legacy tools (Table, Canvas, and Dashboards).
- Proficient in facilitating workshops, mapping business processes, and translating complex needs into functional specifications.
- Deep understanding of Role-Based Permissions (RBP), Cloud Security, and SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding).
- Demonstrated skill in creating sprint plans and managing deployment activities across various system instances.
- Strong understanding of Human Resources processes and the sensitivity of HR data.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to manage project stakeholders and conduct risk assessments effectively.
