Responsibilities
Design, configure, and implement updated OpenText invoice layouts based on system changes
Implement customized OpenText workflows to manage system exceptions and processing rules
Build comprehensive invoice mapping, validation logic, and template structures
Tune and optimize the OpenText environment to support maximum operational performance
Connect OpenText output solutions directly with underlying core ERP modules
Use existing electronic bill email templates to automate customer messaging
Draft functional specifications, technical documentation, and system configuration records
Qualifications
Degree in Computer Science or System Technology diploma with seven years overall technical experience
Four years of experience as an OpenText developer in an enterprise environment using Exstream or Storyteller
Hands-on technical background creating and managing business critical document generation templates
Experience working with complex enterprise billing architectures and underlying databases
Strong analytical capabilities with proven experience creating detailed functional specifications
