Schedule: Monday – Friday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
Compensation: $21.00 – $23.00 per hour.
Responsibilities
The primary objective is to process approximately 400 physical employee files. Your duties will include:
Document Preparation: Removing staples, paperclips, and ensuring documents are flat and ready for high-volume scanning.
Digitization: Operating scanning equipment to create high-quality digital copies of physical records.
Data Organization: Naming and sorting scanned documents into digital folders based on specific categories (e.g., payroll, performance, onboarding).
Quality Control: Reviewing digital files to ensure clarity, completeness, and accuracy against the original paper records.
Confidentiality: Maintaining strict privacy and security standards while handling sensitive HR information.
Qualifications
Experience: Previous experience in office administration, filing, or document management is preferred.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using scanners and navigating folder structures in Windows or cloud-based storage.
Attention to Detail: Ability to spot missing pages or naming errors to ensure the digital library is perfectly organized.
Reliability: Since this is a short-term project, consistent attendance and a strong work ethic are essential to meet the 30-day goal.
Discretion: Proven ability to handle confidential and private information professionally.
