We are currently hiring a Scheduling Coordinator for a well-established company in Burlington. This role will be working closely with the Sales Department and Produciton team to coordinator work orders and ensure timelines are being met. The ideal candidate is someone who is highgly organized, strong attention to detail, eager to learn and thrives in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Accurately enter work orders into spreadsheet, including pricing breakdowns.
- Prepare Production Scheduling Form based on submitted work orders from the Sales Department.
- Distribute scheduled work orders to various Production Teams in a timely manner.
- Create cover sheets for scheduled work orders; ensure proper filing of active and completed work orders.
- Attend daily scheduling meeting to stay informed on timelines, priorities, and updates.
- Support the Scheduler by obtaining information from various departments and distributing work orders as requested.
- Assist with special projects and additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in order entry, scheduling, or coordination role
- Strong organization al skills, able to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively and pivot when needed in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail oriented, ensures accuracy in data entry.
- Effective communicator, both in written and verbal; able to communicate clearly with multiple departments.
