Responsibilities
• Lead and mentor cross-functional delivery teams in agile principles and procedures.
• Facilitate all key agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Identify and remove roadblocks or distractions that interfere with sprint commitments.
• Coach product owners on effective backlog refinement, reporting, and roadmap planning.
• Maintain delivery metrics such as velocity and burndown charts to ensure transparency.
• Mediate between product owners and technical teams to ensure goals are met.
• Assist in digital service activities like user research and usability testing sessions.
Qualifications
• Proven experience working as a Scrum Master within large-scale digital transformation environments.
• Strong background in managing agile processes for multiple concurrent projects.
• Expert knowledge of agile ceremonies and the ability to coach teams on self-organization.
• Proficiency in using project management tools to track backlogs and delivery metrics.
• Experience working with human-centered design approaches and cross-functional teams.
