Responsibilities
• Lead and facilitate all key agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Mentor and coach cross-functional teams on agile principles, practices, and continuous improvement.
• Identify, track, and actively remove impediments to ensure the team meets its sprint commitments.
• Guide the product owner in effective backlog refinement, release planning, and road-mapping.
• Foster a culture of transparency, inspection, and adaptation within the team.
• Track and report on essential delivery metrics such as velocity and sprint burndown charts.
• Collaborate with teams during user research and usability testing activities.
Qualifications
• An active Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification is required.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience working directly within agile development environments.
• Demonstrated experience (4+ years) in leading and facilitating key agile ceremonies for delivery teams.
• Proven experience (2+ years) coaching teams on agile methodologies and fostering collaboration.
• Experience with agile backlog management tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps) is highly desirable.
