Responsibilities
• Lead and mentor cross-functional product delivery teams in agile principles and procedures to ensure consistent delivery.
• Facilitate all key agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, product demos, and retrospectives.
• Identify and remove roadblocks or distractions that interfere with sprint commitments and team progress.
• Coach product owners on effective reporting, release planning, and long-term roadmap development.
• Maintain and report on delivery metrics using tools like burndown charts and velocity tracking to ensure transparency.
• Promote a self-organizing team culture while acting as the primary guide for backlog refinement and sprint execution.
• Participate in digital service activities such as user research and usability testing to stay aligned with citizen needs.
Qualifications
• Active Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification is required for this position.
• Five years of experience working within a professional agile development environment.
• Four years of experience leading and facilitating key agile ceremonies and product demonstrations.
• Two years of experience coaching teams on agile methodologies and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Experience using agile backlog management tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps to track progress and quality.
