Responsibilities
Resource required to have 5-9+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead working with stable, cross-functional teams in complex environments (preferably public sector or similarly regulated contexts).

Qualifications
Proven ability to coach a team toward self-management and continuous improvement, using evidence-informed practices (e.g., flow, predictability, and team health indicators). Strong facilitation, communication, and conflict-navigation skills, fostering trust, psychological safety, and productive collaboration within the team and with embedded stakeholders.
Demonstrated capability to identify, remove, and escalate impediments that impact team delivery, including organizational, policy, or dependency-related blockers. Experience supporting the Product Owner with backlog clarity, prioritization readiness, and stakeholder engagement to ensure the team delivers incremental value.
