Responsibilities
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and guide the team in Agile practices
• Empower the team to self-organize and achieve their goals
• Identify and remove impediments that hinder team progress
• Collaborate closely with Product Owner and stakeholders to align on priorities
• Track and report key metrics and team performance indicators
• Coach and mentor the team to foster a culture of learning and improvement
• Resolve conflicts constructively and maintain team harmony
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• Agile certification (CSM or CSP) is mandatory
• 10+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach
• Strong facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with software development processes and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)
• Proven ability to deliver results and thrive in fast-paced environments
