Responsibilities
Job Description: We are looking for an Intermediate to Senior level Security analyst that has deep level network and application level understanding to help build efficient yet complex Firewall rules that traverse multiple layers of Firewalls, network paths and application layers.
Qualifications
Top Skills: 1. Deep level network and Firewall expertise to know how to build appropriate firewall rules as a one time rule deployment and not requiring continued rule re-work. 2. Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with business peers to derive application traffic flows for building necessary firewall rules quickly and efficiently. 3. Excellent planning skills to co-ordinate appropriate order of rule deployments (Note: we have over 3500 firewall rules deployed in our firewall platforms and integrating new rules into existing rules or adding new rules in the right location of those 3500 rules is essential) 4. Documentation and Change management skills to build effective and appropriate change requests as well as support documentation for transitioning to Operational support teams.
