Responsibilities
Job Description: Act as a representative of the Enterprise Identity, Application & Offensive Security Analyst team working to promote strong partnerships with teams and stakeholders that are dependent on our services.
Researches, investigates, and analyzes improvement opportunities, conducts analysis, prepares recommendations and facilitates efficiency enhancements.
Adherence to a performance based SLA, access changes in our environment are fast paced and sometimes very complex.
Assume accountability for the assigned Project deliverables.
Qualifications
Top Skills: ServiceNow / ITIL v4, Active Directory, Active Directory admin, Okta experience. Proven capability to map, translate, and improve processes is a must. Business Analyst or Product Management experience is considered an asset.
Development experience within the agile framework is considered an asset.
Experience with PowerShell is considered an asset.
Strong work ethic, integrity and accountability is a must.
