In this position, you’ll manage and optimize inventory levels across a designated store portfolio in North America. You will use data to identify trends, forecast needs, and adjust stock levels in alignment with sales projections, store capacity, and operational strategies. This role requires regular collaboration with multiple departments.

Responsibilities
•Oversee inventory performance for a defined set of stores, identifying stock optimization opportunities at the SKU and category level.
•Conduct ongoing analysis of store-level inventory, sales performance, and capacity to support short- and long-term planning.
•Maintain and adjust inventory parameters within internal planning systems (experience with platforms such as RMS or Anaplan is beneficial).
•Respond to urgent inventory issues using data-backed insights and communicate findings and solutions to internal stakeholders.
•Support the refinement of inbound and outbound inventory flow strategies, contributing to accurate forecasting.
•Collaborate with planning, merchandising, retail ops, and distribution teams to align inventory decisions with broader business goals.
•Create weekly reporting packages and dashboards for leadership and business partners.
•Participate in cross-functional projects and provide ad-hoc analysis to support evolving business needs.
Qualifications
•3 + years of experience in inventory management, planning, analytics, or forecasting within retail or consumer goods.
•Background in accounting or finance with exposure to inventory accounting is preferred.
•Strong command of Excel and familiarity with planning/reporting tools (Power BI, Anaplan, or similar platforms).
•Ability to synthesize large data sets, identify actionable insights, and communicate clearly across teams.
•Experience working in a collaborative, high-growth, or high-volume retail environment.
•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
•High attention to detail, urgency in execution, and a proactive problem-solving approach.
