Responsibilities
- Bilingual Help Desk Support: Provide Tier 1 support to end users via email, phone and tickets in both English and French. Manage the lifecycle of support tickets, from intake to resolution or escalation.
- Functional Testing: Prepare test materials and conduct QA, System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Perform regression testing on defect fixes to ensure system stability.
- Documentation & Knowledge Base: Build and maintain a comprehensive help desk knowledge base. Develop project artifacts, defect reports, and customer communications.
- Change Management: Work within established configuration policies to walk business users through delivered enhancements and ensure the success of system changes.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Directly support the TRIRIGA team to develop deep subject matter expertise in IWMS applications and capital asset management workflows.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Facilitate requirement gathering sessions and effectively communicate technical details to non-technical business users.
Qualifications
- Testing & QA Mastery: 5+ years of experience with the SDLC, including preparing and conducting QA, SIT, and UAT cycles and managing defect retesting.
- Bilingualism: Professional working proficiency in French (reading, writing, and oral) is a mandatory requirement for this role.
- Help Desk Experience: Proven track record of providing IT application support and managing ticket escalations for enterprise-grade software.
- IWMS Knowledge: Experience with IBM TRIRIGA or similar enterprise Integrated Workplace Management Systems (IWMS) is highly desirable.
- Communication: Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to translate complex IT issues into clear business language.
- Public Sector Context: (Asset) Previous experience within large public sector organizations and familiarity with capital asset management.
