Responsibilities
Application Expertise: Provide specialist technical knowledge for a suite of applications, operating systems, and devices to perform complex information management tasks.
Data Integrity: Analyze and investigate data discrepancies at the customer record level, executing manual changes (record-by-record) to ensure 100% accuracy without the use of automated scripts.
Identity & Access Management: Manage user accounts, permissions, and credentials using identity management tools such as NetIQ.
System Coordination: Navigate a multifaceted environment involving 10–12 different systems, ensuring all authorizations are in place and privacy/security considerations are addressed.
Ticket Management: Document all technical and data management actions within BMC Helix, ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures and legal requirements.
Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and triage technical challenges across hardware, software, and network layers to resolve customer account conflicts.
Collaboration: Participate in continuous training and team sessions to incorporate system changes and new business practices into daily workflows.
Qualifications
Platform Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience with BMC Helix, including managing custom-built modules, data updates, and ticketing.
Identity Management: 5+ years of experience with NetIQ or similar IAM systems, managing complex user permissions and credentials.
Data Management: 5+ years of experience managing customer, product, and services data within custom-built software solutions.
Analytical Skills: Proven ability to manage data at the individual record level with a high degree of analytical rigor and attention to detail.
Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of IT privacy and security standards, specifically those applicable to healthcare technology and the company landscape.
Customer Service: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a track record of managing client relationships and competing priorities.
Public Sector: Experience within the healthcare or public sector is considered a strong asset.
