- Lead the solution design process for high-impact health modernization projects, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals.
- Translate policy and clinical needs into implementable technical designs.
- Collaborate with product owners and delivery teams to co-design and validate integration strategies.
- Act as a bridge between project delivery and long-term sustainability.
- Contribute to the evolution of internal design patterns and solution review practices.
- Ensure alignment with semantic standards such as HL7 FHIR, SNOMED CT, and LOINC.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in solution design, system integration, or platform delivery in complex digital environments.
- 7+ years of experience with interoperability standards and integration methods (e.g., RESTful APIs, HL7 FHIR).
- 7+ years of experience with data flow modeling, system integration patterns, and reusable components.
- 7+ years of experience with PHIPA and privacy legislation as applied to healthcare IT.
- Strong modeling, documentation, and facilitation skills.
- Broad knowledge of architectural disciplines (e.g., Business, Application, Infrastructure, Network, Privacy & Security).
- Familiarity with modern delivery practices like Agile and DevOps.
