Responsibilities
- Solution Architecture: Lead complex platform implementations, creating approved architecture designs, diagrams, and reference models for multi-module environments.

Qualifications
- Architectural Leadership: 5+ years of experience architecting or leading complex ServiceNow implementations (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM).
- Data Domain Expertise: 5+ years of deep expertise in CMDB, CSDM, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
- Integration Mastery: 5+ years of experience with IntegrationHub, MID Server, event ingestion, and secure identity protocols.
- Development Proficiency: 5+ years of experience with JavaScript, Glide APIs, update sets, and performance optimization.
- Modern UI/AI: Experience with Mobile App architecture, Virtual Agent, and AI/Copilot integrations is a significant asset.
- Environment Experience: Proven success in large, complex environments with formal governance, security, and audit requirements.
- Certifications (Preferred): CSA, CAD, CIS-ITSM, CIS-ITOM; CTA or architect-level recognition is highly valued.
