Responsibilities
- SaaS & Solution Architecture: Lead the design of secure, modular, and scalable architectures for OpenText and ServiceNow, ensuring alignment with digital modernization goals.
- Integration Design: Define complex hybrid integration patterns across SaaS, legacy systems, and cloud environments using APIs, webhooks, and iPaaS platforms.
- Technical Leadership: Act as the technical lead for the digital platform, providing oversight for front-end (React) architectures, codebase maintainability, and enterprise design systems.
- Identity & Access Management: Design secure access models using Azure AD / Entra ID and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
- Vendor & DevOps Oversight: Conduct architecture and code reviews for outsourced development teams, manage branching strategies, and support CI/CD pipeline governance.
- Governance & Compliance: Establish configuration standards and ensure all designs comply with organizational privacy, retention, and security directives.
- Discovery & Documentation: Lead architecture workshops and produce high-quality artifacts, including Architecture Decision Records (ADRs) and logical/physical data flow models.
Qualifications
- Professional Experience: 8+ years in application/solution architecture with a specific focus on Enterprise SaaS and digital modernization.
- Workflow & Case Management: Proven track record architecting workflow automation and document/records management solutions in a SaaS context.
- Cloud & Identity: Strong experience with hybrid architectures involving Azure/Entra ID and secure integration patterns.
- Platform Knowledge: Direct experience designing and implementing solutions using OpenText and familiarity with the ServiceNow ecosystem.
- Technical Lead Mastery: Experience reviewing React front-end architectures and acting as a bridge between Enterprise Architecture and delivery teams.
- DevOps Literacy: Hands-on understanding of Git-based source control, pull request oversight, and release governance.
