Our client is looking for a Senior Applications Architect for a 12 month contract in Toronto.
This is an onsite role.
Rate: $ 683.17 - $ 727.86
Advantages

Responsibilities
• Defines the structure and relationship amongst applications, including the identification of re-usable components, the organization and layering of software, and the determination of interfaces.
• Responsibilities also include developing, implementing and managing at least one cross-platform application architecture in a large and distributed environment.
Qualifications
Must Haves:
• Strong knowledge and experience with Cloud computing concepts. Microsoft Azure and Amazon AWS knowledge is required
• Strong knowledge of building applications using server-less computing , PaaS, SaaS
• Strong understanding of .NET Framework development patterns and how best to apply them
• Broad understanding of Microsoft technology stacks across operating system, middleware and database products
• Knowledge of application security architectures and the purpose of privacy and security controls (e.g. token based authentication and authorization such as OIDC, SAML and OAUTH)
• Knowledge of messaging concepts such as XML, JSON, HL7® FHIR® , RESTful API are required
• Knowledge of Archimate® modeling framework
