Responsibilities
Duties, not limited to but will include the following:
* Conduct data-driven assessments to uncover patterns, validate findings, and support internal assurance and compliance initiatives
* Design and carry out review activities, summarizing outcomes and delivering insights to executive leadership and audit leads
* Create targeted review strategies based on organizational priorities and identify areas of potential exposure or concern
* Evaluate current workflows to uncover gaps and suggest enhancements to strengthen oversight and governance
* Share observations with senior stakeholders, including internal review teams and executive leadership
* Collaborate with third-party partners during independent reviews and assurance-related assignments
Qualifications
* Knowledge of internal audit practices, testing approaches and SOX compliance
* Knowledge of control frameworks and governance activites
* Experienced with digital transformations activites, proccess automation, data analytics
* Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
* Minimum 4 yrs working in internal audit
* Professional designation (will consider CPA, CFE, CISA, CIA)
* Manufacturing experience
* Ability to travel (internationally)
* Ability to be on site, in office 3d/week
