Position: Senior Bilingual FRENCH Order Management Specialist
Shift: 8:30am – 5:30pm (EST), Monday to Friday. Hybrid model (4 days in office, 1 day remote).
Salary: $30-$31/hour

Responsibilities
- Manage incoming orders via various channels (phone, fax, web, email).
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, pricing, invoices, etc.
- Process returns, complaints, and collaborate on solutions.
- Support capital/instruments sale transactions.
- Maintain EDI setup and prepare reports to support business needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams and support initiatives with shifting deadlines.
Qualifications
- University degree required.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience with ERP systems.
- Bilingual (French and English).
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Customer Service.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
