Responsibilities
•Lead the design, development, and execution of comprehensive change management strategies to support large-scale digital transformation initiatives within a government environment.
•Conduct organizational assessments to identify readiness levels, potential impacts, risks, and opportunities associated with the introduction of new digital tools, processes, and ways of working.
•Develop and implement detailed communication plans, ensuring messages are clear, targeted, and delivered effectively in both English and French to all levels of the organization, from front-line staff to senior leadership.
•Design, develop, and facilitate training programs, workshops, and coaching sessions to equip employees with the skills and knowledge needed to adopt new technologies, processes, and behaviors.
•Partner closely with project managers, business leaders, and key stakeholders to ensure alignment between change management activities and project objectives, mitigating resistance and promoting engagement.
•Monitor, measure, and report on the effectiveness of change management initiatives, leveraging data and feedback to refine strategies and drive continuous improvement.
•Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing guidance on change impacts, cultural considerations, and strategies to sustain organizational change.
•Foster a culture of innovation and adaptability, helping the organization navigate complex transformations while maintaining employee engagement and productivity.
•Support the creation of documentation, tools, and resources that enable sustainable adoption and reinforce best practices across the organization.
•Occasionally work on-site in New Brunswick to engage with teams, stakeholders, and leadership directly, while primarily operating in a remote capacity.
Qualifications
•Fluent in English and French, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
•Extensive experience leading organizational change management initiatives, preferably within digital transformation projects.
•Proven ability to assess organizational readiness, manage stakeholder engagement, and drive adoption across complex, multi-level organizations.
•Strong expertise in designing and delivering change management plans, communications, training programs, and coaching sessions.
•Ability to influence and advise senior leadership and cross-functional teams on change strategies and best practices.
•Experience with change management frameworks such as Prosci, ADKAR, or similar methodologies.
•Excellent interpersonal, facilitation, and presentation skills.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to measure, report on, and refine change initiatives.
•Comfortable working in a hybrid environment, primarily remote but willing to travel to New Brunswick for periodic on-site engagements.
•Experience working in a government or public sector environment is an asset.
•Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
