Manage weekly payroll for three divisions (approximately 80-100 employees) - salaried, hourly, and unionized employees in Ontario
Manage journal entries and bank reconciliations for multiple company entities
Support month-end reporting
Assist with Accounts Payable and Receivable processing
Qualifications
Construction industry experience is required
Proficiency with QuickBooks
Adaptability - open to changes in a fast-paced environment
