In this strategic consulting role, you will act as the primary bridge between complex business needs and technical solution delivery across high-stakes corporate security and enterprise risk projects. You will own the complete requirements lifecycle—from initial discovery and advanced elicitation to solution validation and testing—while managing competing priorities, resolving cross-functional blockers in real-time, and keeping executive stakeholders aligned under tight timelines. Operating within both Agile and Waterfall delivery frameworks, you will translate complex datasets and business processes into actionable system requirements that directly support organizational security and operational resilience.

Responsibilities
Requirements Lifecycle & Discovery
Business Analysis Approach: Define the business analysis framework, task schedules, and deliverables aligned with enterprise project methodologies.

Stakeholder Mapping & Elicitation: Conduct thorough stakeholder impact analyses and lead collaborative discovery sessions across diverse business groups using advanced elicitation techniques.

Prioritization & Specification: Lead requirements prioritization frameworks, translating complex business logic into detailed, production-ready system requirements, functional specifications, and data flow models.

Problem-Solving, Testing & Governance
Testing & Solution Validation: Perform detailed solution testing and validation to verify that developed systems meet documented business requirements and quality standards.

Risk & Blocker Mitigation: Identify, track, and mitigate project risks, assumptions, and dependencies, proactively resolving delivery blockers in real time.

Documentation Repository: Build and maintain reusable requirements documentation repositories and control artifacts for future enterprise initiatives.

Executive Stakeholder Engagement: Provide clear, continuous status updates and present analytical findings to senior leadership to foster consensus and drive project momentum.



Qualifications
Professional Experience: 5+ years of dedicated experience as a Business Analyst / Business Systems Analyst with progressively increasing responsibility on large, complex enterprise projects.

Requirements Management Mastery: Proven expertise in requirements planning, effort estimation, stakeholder mapping, and prioritization across Waterfall, Iterative, and Agile methodologies.

Data & Analytical Depth: Strong hands-on experience conducting dataset analysis, source-to-target mapping, and system data profiling.

Tooling Proficiency: Deep familiarity with enterprise collaboration tools including JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft SharePoint, and Microsoft Forms.

Soft Skills: Outstanding stakeholder management, time management, and presentation skills; demonstrated ability to work independently, take complete initiative ownership, and thrive under tight deadlines.

Preferred Assets & Nice-to-Haves
Hands-on knowledge or exposure to Palo Alto's XSOAR (Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response) platform.

Domain knowledge or project experience in Physical Security, Cybersecurity, or Corporate Security Management.

Prior business analysis experience within the Financial Services or Banking sector.

Exposure to enterprise architecture framework concepts or solution design methodologies.
