Responsibilities
•Translate business and cyber security needs into clear requirements and deliverables
•Elicit, document, and manage functional and non-functional requirements
•Produce key artifacts such as BRDs, process flows, use cases, and traceability matrices
•Support project planning, risk identification, and change impact analysis
•Contribute to Agile delivery (backlogs, user stories, sprint activities)
•Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure alignment
•Support solution design, testing (including UAT), and transition to operations
•Assist with stakeholder communication, reporting, and overall project coordination
Qualifications
•At least 5 years of experience in cyber security and IT, along with 5+ years as a Business Analyst in complex environments
•Proven ability to elicit, analyze, document, and validate business and technical requirements
•Strong experience producing structured artifacts (BRDs, functional specs, use cases, process flows, traceability matrices)
•Experience managing requirement changes and conducting impact analysis
•Hands-on experience working in Agile, Scrum, and/or hybrid delivery environments
•Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills across technical and non-technical teams
•Ability to support project planning, reporting, and delivery coordination
Nice to have:
•Post-secondary education in computer science, engineering, or business
•Certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, PMP, or Scrum Master
•Experience with cloud environments (e.g., Microsoft Azure)
•Knowledge of financial institution environments
•Bilingualism (French/English)
