Responsibilities
•Assess current business processes, workflows, and system functionality.
•Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and technical requirements.
•Develop and maintain a Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM).
•Support solution evaluation, RFP preparation, and vendor selection activities.
•Coordinate project tasks, schedules, dependencies, risks, and issues.
•Facilitate meetings, status updates, and stakeholder communication.
•Assist with system implementation, data migration, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
•Develop and deliver training materials, guides, and change management support.
•Provide post-implementation support and lessons learned documentation.
•Perform other senior business analyst or project coordination tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
•Experience: Minimum 7 years leading multi-stakeholder projects, including business, technical, and vendor teams.
•Business Analysis Expertise: Proven ability to produce high-quality business and technical documentation (process maps, requirements specs, project plans, risk registers).
•Methodologies: Experience with recognized project management or business analysis frameworks such as BABOK, PMI, Agile, or Waterfall.
•Skills: Excellent facilitation, analytical, and communication skills in English.
•Project Leadership: Minimum 7 years leading system replacement or modernization projects, including requirements gathering, analysis, and implementation support.
•Availability: Must be able to start within 2 weeks of contract award and dedicate the required effort for the full engagement.
•Preferred: Professional certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, PMP, or equivalent experience in business analysis/project management.
