Responsibilities
•Conduct current-state assessments of systems and business processes
•Lead stakeholder workshops and requirements gathering
•Produce high-quality business and technical documentation
•Coordinate project plans, schedules, risks, and governance activities
•Support RFP development, vendor evaluations, and selection processes
•Collaborate with technical teams and vendors during implementation and data migration
•Assist with testing, training, and post-implementation support to ensure successful delivery
Qualifications
•Minimum 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst leading system replacement or modernization projects
•Proven ability to manage or coordinate multi-stakeholder projects involving business, technical, and vendor teams
•Strong experience producing business and technical documentation, including process maps, requirements specifications, project plans, and risk registers
•Familiarity with recognized methodologies such as BABOK, PMI, Agile, or Waterfall
•Excellent facilitation, analytical, and communication skills in English
•Ability to start within a short notice period and dedicate the required effort for the full engagement
•Bilingual (English/French) proficiency is an asset
•Relevant certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, PMP, or equivalent professional experience in business analysis, project coordination, or project management
