Responsibilities
•Conduct current state assessments and analyze business processes, systems, and data flows
•Elicit, document, and validate business, functional, and technical requirements
•Support procurement, vendor evaluation, and recommendation activities
•Develop and maintain project plans, track milestones, risks, and issues
•Facilitate meetings, status reporting, and stakeholder communication
•Coordinate implementation, testing, and data migration activities
•Develop training materials and support change management and user adoption
•Provide post-implementation support and contribute to additional BA/project coordination tasks as needed
Qualifications
•Proven experience as a Business Analyst and/or Project Coordinator, preferably in system modernization or digital transformation projects
•Strong skills in requirements gathering, documentation, and validation, including creating traceability matrices
•Experience conducting stakeholder workshops, interviews, and process analysis
•Knowledge of project management practices, including planning, tracking, risk and issue management
•Familiarity with procurement processes and vendor evaluation
•Experience supporting implementation, testing, and change management activities
•Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
•Ability to manage multiple priorities and work across business, technical, and vendor teams
•Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
